The spindles in the ATC series have an automatic taper change for use in partially or fully automated production processes. We supply interfaces such as HSK and ISO (steep taper) as standard. The ATC spindle is the right choice when productivity increases are to be achieved through automated tool changes and the elimination of tool length measurement after the change. Sensor-based monitoring of the clamping position helps to avoid machining errors, damage to the motor spindle and consequently high error costs.

With the DTC series spindles, tools can be clamped directly on the shaft. They have a pneumatic release unit, which means that tools can be changed quickly and easily. The tool length does not have to be measured after every tool change. The DTC is ideal for the partial automation of production processes in which many different tools with the same shaft diameter are used.
